How it’s scored

Each component score is a weighted blend of banded inputs (cash conversion, lockup, leverage, utilisation, hours per fee earner, matter pipeline, revenue per fee earner). The overall score weights cash 40%, growth 30%, delivery 30% — on the basis that cash is what keeps the firm standing while the other two improve.
