You've just been elected managing partner.

Bellamy & Howe is a 47-person firm with good people, healthy fees and a diary that is already full. LawSim puts you in charge for eight weeks and lets you find out what your way of running it actually does to the firm.

What it is

Partners knock on your door. Email arrives faster than you can answer it. A fee-earner wants a decision, a supplier wants a renewal, and the person everyone quietly relies on looks tired. You choose what to take on, what to hand over, and to whom.

Nothing is labelled as right or wrong. Your choices have consequences, and some of them arrive weeks later from somewhere you weren't looking. At the end you see what happened and why, traced back to the decisions that caused it.

The firm is fictional. The problems will feel familiar to anyone who has run one.
