Meet the
Operators.

A quieter space for the people running legal ops. A bit more content, a small peer group, and an early look at what we’re working on before it’s public.

No sales calls · No pitch deck · Ops-side only
§ What’s inside

Three things, done properly.
That’s the whole offer.

01
Deeper content

More ops content, earlier.

Longer pieces, working drafts, and templates we don’t publish to the open library. The stuff we’d only share with a peer who asked — deeper playbooks, teardowns of how real teams stood up CLM without enterprise software, and templates we’re still iterating on.

02
A peer room

A small group comparing notes.

A quiet group of legal ops leaders, comparing notes regularly. The candid stuff: budgets, headcount, tooling decisions, vendor negotiations, when to hire your second in-house lawyer, when to step back from outside counsel. No LinkedIn audience. No vendor agenda.

03
First looks

See it before it’s published.

Guest pieces, early research, and interviews with the people running ops at bigger teams. You get the benchmarks and frameworks six to eight weeks before they hit the public library — and you get to push back on them while they’re still being edited.

§ Who it’s for

You’ll fit in
if…

You run — or help run — the operations side of a legal function. In-house legal ops manager, head of business ops with legal in the remit, senior paralegal leading process, fractional GC doing the ops work because nobody else is.

You’ve already stood up at least one process from scratch. You’re less interested in general advice than in comparing notes with people doing the same job, at similar scale, and hearing what actually worked for them.

This isn’t for vendors selling legal tech, consultants looking for leads, or anyone hoping to pitch the group. The room stays ops-side only — we’re firm on this.

§ Founding cohort

A small first round,
opening soon.

We’re starting with a small group of founding Operators. No fixed number yet, but we’re keeping it small enough that everyone gets airtime.

We’ll reach out when we start the founding round. No sales calls, no pitch deck.
