Utilisation benchmarks.
Utilisation gets benchmarked badly because the denominators differ. 'Target hours' at one firm assumes a 40-hour week before non-billable; another assumes 35; another bakes leave in. The numbers below normalise on annualised billable hours per FE — which is comparable.
